Salad of Red cabbage and Melon

Ingredients:

Some red cabbage leaves, chopped; 1 small melon; 1 tbsp leek, chopped; salt; drops of olive oil; drops of vinegar.

Description:

Wash well and drain the red cabbage leaves. Place the leaves on a cutting board and cut them how you want. Put in a bowl with hot water and vinegar for a few minutes. Rinse, drain and place on a serving plate. Make balls of the melon with help of a ball shaper, and add to the cabbage. Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan, add the leek, put over salad and mix carefuly. Taste salt and serve.
