Quickly broccoli salad

Ingredients:

Broccoli florets with stalks; 2 crunched garlic cloves with in natura ground pepper; Extra-virgin olive oil; Salt and limon juice.

Description:

Wash well the broccoli (florets and stalks), lay them in a vinegar/water solution for 5 minutes. Rinse them under cold running water and drain. Cut off the hard stalk parts and let them to heat in a steamer pan over high heat for only 5 minutes. Remove from the stove, and put them on a tray. Heat the oil in a small sauce pan, add the garlic until light, and spill over the broccolis. Salt, sprinke limon and serve.
