Oven Kabocha

Ingredients:

2 cups kabocha, diced; 1 cup water; 1tbsp extra-virgin olive oil; oregano, salt, dryed pepper.

Description:

Buy the kabocha ready precut, cleaned, and packaged. Sauce: Combine in a bowl the water, the olive oil, oregan, salt, dryed pepper; Baking: Place the kabocha´s pieces in a baking tin and sprinkle half of the sauce and place into the oven. From time to time sprinkle again the sauce until it was gone. When it is tender, remove from the oven, place in a tray, add parsley, spring onion, and serve.
