Long String Beans, salad

Ingredients:

200 grs of long string beans; salt; 1 clove garlic, crushed; 1tbsp extra-virgin olive oil; lemon.

Description:

Wash well the string beans, drain, remove the ends, chopp into litlle pieces, and steam them until soft, but al dente. Place them on a serving plate. You can salt, while cooking. In a small pan, fry the garlic until translucent but not golden. Add to the string beans, taste salt, squeeze lemon, and serve.
