Golden fish fillets

Ingredients:

2 fish fillets (abadejo); slices of pincled ginger; 2 garlic cloves, crushed with fresh ground pepper; salt; lemon drops; some capers; 1 tbsp olive extra-virgin oil; parsley and apple slices for garnish.

Description:

Place carefuly fish fillets into a bowl, salt, add the crushed garlic, the ginger, and let in a marinate for 30 minutes. Heat the oil on anti-adherent frying pan and fry the fillets until both sides are a golden brown. Arrange them on a serving plate, garnish with the capers, the apple slices, parsley, squeeze lemon drops, and serve.
