Ingredients:1 fresh small zuchini; 1 clove garlic, minced with in natura ground pepper; onion slices,chopped; spring onion and parsley; shoyu; 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil. Description:Choose a young, slender zucchini, because it is seedless. Wash well. Don“t need remove the skin. Clean it with a broch or a small saw knife and remove the ends. Cut into finely slices, put them in a bowl and cover with boiling water, and let for a few minutes. Drain well, place them on a serving plate. Fry in hot oil the onion and the garlic gently until translucent, and spread over the salad. Add the shoyu, sprinkle the parsley and spring onion. Mix carefuly and serve. ![]() |
