Endivia leaves, salad

Ingredients:

Endive leaves; 1 cup of drained curb; some dried tomatoes; eggplant salad dip; lemon; extra virgin olive oil.

Description:

Wash well, drain the endive leaves and place in a serving plate. Carefuly place in each endive leave: the curb, the dried tomatoes, and the eggplant dip. Squeeze lemon drops, add drops of olive oil and serve.
