Color Coleslaw

Ingredients:

2 cups finely shredded red cabbage; 2 cups finely shredded white cabbage; ½ cup finely shredded carrot; ½ cup collard greens, finely shredded; salt; limon; extra-virgin olive oil.

Description:

You can buy all the greens precut, cleaned, and packaged. But if it is impossible, wash all greens leaves in running water and drain them. Lay three or four greens leaves on top of each other, roll them up, and then cut out the roll into the very thin shreds or if you want to take advantage you can use a special kitchen accessory that makes it very well. Combine all greens in a tray, salt, squeeze limon, pour olive oil drops and serve.
