Brussels Sprouts with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:

1 tray (about 8 onces) brussels sprouts; 1 tray (about 8 onces) cherry tomatoes; 2 cloves garlic crushed with in natura pepper; salt; parsley; spring onion; 1tbsp onion, chopped; 1 tbsp extra-virgin oil;

Description:

Clean carefully the brussels sprouts, remove the excess stalks, cut into halves, and leave to soak for 15 minutes in water with cleaning material. Rinse in clean running water until the entire residue of the cleaning materials are gone. Bring them to a boil with salt and a sprikle of balsamic vinager until is done. Drain and set aside to cool. Wash well the tomatoes, arrange them in a tray with the sprouts, add salt, parsley, spring onion and chopped onion. Heat the oil, add the garlic until golden, and spill over the salad. Mix carefuly and serve.
